Return & Exchange Policy: Aparra

At Aparra Fashion, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every item goes through strict quality checks before shipping. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange your order. Please read the following policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange only in the following cases:

  • If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or visible damage.

  • If the wrong product or size has been delivered to you.

  • If your order is not delivered within 15 days of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are not allowed for products that have been:

  • Worn, washed, altered, or used.

  • Returned without original tags, packaging, or invoice.

  • Damaged due to customer mishandling.

πŸ‘‰ Important: To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received itβ€”unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please do not cut off the tag or discard the packaging until you are sure you want to keep the product.


2. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiating a Request

    • Send us an email at aparrafashion@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your product, along with your order details and clear images of the issue.

  2. Approval & Reverse Pickup

    • Once your request is reviewed, our team will inform you if your return/exchange is approved.

    • If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address (where serviceable).

  3. Inspection & Quality Check

    • Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a quality inspection.

    • We will notify you whether your request for refund or exchange has been approved.


3. Refunds

  • If eligible, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, we will require your bank account details and a telephonic verification before issuing the refund.

  • Refund processing from Aparra’s side takes a maximum of 72 hours. Any further delay would be due to your bank or payment provider.


4. Exchanges

  • If you request an exchange (for the same product or a different size/design of equal value), we will ship the replacement once we receive and approve the returned item.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or altered products.

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

  • Products returned after the 48-hour claim window.


6. Customer Responsibility

  • Please pack the product securely to avoid damage during return transit.

  • Reverse pickup is subject to courier availability at your location. If reverse pickup is not possible, you may be asked to self-ship the product.
