At Aparra Fashion, we are committed to delivering your order in a safe, secure, and timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.


1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Custom-made or pre-ordered products may take additional processing time. Customers will be notified in such cases.


2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We currently deliver across India through reliable courier partners.

  • Standard delivery timelines: 5–10 business days depending on the shipping address.

  • In case of delays due to courier issues, natural calamities, or unforeseen events, Aparra will not be held liable.

  • If your product is not delivered within 15 days, you may claim a 100% refund as per our Refund Policy.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at the time of checkout.

  • Promotional offers, free shipping, or discounts may be available on select orders.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your shipment on the courier partner’s website.


5. Delivery

  • Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of order placement.

  • Please ensure your address, contact details, and pin code are accurate to avoid delays.

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery or contact you directly.


6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Aparra is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or courier partner issues.

  • In rare cases of remote locations, delivery may take longer than expected.
